Qualifications:
- Academically Focused: Currently enrolled in a higher education institution with at least a 3.0 GPA. Competent in at least two higher level math and science courses (Algebra, Geometry, Biology, Physics, etc.) or a foreign language.
- Critical Thinking: Maintains good judgment, time management, trustworthiness, and responsibility. Can evaluate student understanding and use appropriate teaching methods.
- Communication Skills: Ability to listen to others, provide appropriate feedback, communicate professionally with both students and adults
- Interpersonal Skills: Can build rapport with student, parents, family members and CNST management; able to work both independently and collaboratively
